Abstract

Carl Gustavyung believes that archetypes or inner guides, rooted in the human subconscious and the product of his repeated experiences throughout history, have been institutionalized in man to lead him to individual perfection. Since the hero's journey examines the ups and downs of the process of individuality, the quality of the transformation of the mysterious "rend" in Hafez's lyric poems is also remarkable from this perspective. Therefore, the change in the quality of this concept, in the course of various and diverse events and spaces of each verse in each sonnet, which can be considered as a stage image of the poet's life, leads us to the quality that governs his view And explains and affirms his high and worthy position as a perfected hero in the journey of life. The purpose of this article is to study Hafez's lyric poems from the perspective of archetypal critique based on intellectual principles of Carol S. Pearson and Hugh K. Mar. In the context of the twelve archetype of the awakening of the inner hero. The author tries to show the dominant archetype in Hafez's sonnets in a descriptive-analytical way. As a whole, it can be concluded that all three levels of lode correspond to different degrees of rend in Hafez verses
