Abstract
One of the problems faced by the corrector of old poetic texts is to identify the original poems of a poet and separate them from the poems attributed to him and determine their poet as much as possible. The carelessness of the scribes, the use of their poetic taste and their biases are among the factors of this mixture.Sometimes the same name or the similarity of Mamdouh's names of two poets is the cause of such a mistake, a famous example of which is found in the mixing of Rudaki's and Qatran's poems.Sometimes the poet's name or title is the same as another, and this has brought one's poem into another's Diwan. We find an example of this mistake in the Divan Shafarvah, an Isfahani poet of the 6th century AH. Among the poems that the manuscripts, have given in the name of Sharaf al-Din Shafarvah, there are poems of his peers with the same name, which were mistakenly included among the poems of this poet. In this article, based on extra-textual information such historical sources and intra-textual information such as the name of Mamdouh and his relatives and his purity, we will get to know the poet of an ode, whose sources are given in the poems of Shafarvah,a poet of the 6th century of the lunar calendar. However, this poem is actually written by Sharaf al-Din Rami Tabrizi, a poet of the 8th century AH.We corrected this ode based on manuscripts,in a critical method and gave a revised version of it.
