Satire is one of the methods of artistic expressing of criticism in the form of poetry, in such a way that it causes laugh and entertainment in the first encounter, but, as it continues, its discomfort and suffering overcome its laugh. Mirzadeh Eshghi and Jawahiri are both born into the era of chaos and social-political tensions in their societies. Their sharp criticisms are made strictly and satirically. The souvenir of their satire is a smile in the first visit although at the heart of their comic poems exists a pain that cries out the suffering and discomfort of the society with an artistic craftsmanship and revolutionary style. This research is based on the American school of comparative literature, which emphasizes the similarity of the two works, regardless of its influencing or being influenced. At the end of this research, the researchers have achieved the following results: The target audience of these two poets is all classes of society, from the elders and intellectuals to the populists and rulers and colonizers. Jawahiri, more than anything else, criticizes silent and inert people; however Eshghi targets and bitterly criticizes oppressors and cruel rulers. Jawahiri’s satire, due to being brought up in a religious atmosphere, is prudent, whereas Eshghi’s criticism is explicit.
